There is a lead off article by Graham Fleming on “Current Trends in the Breeding of Miniatures”. And, Harold Koopowitz’s “Bulbocodiums and their Intersectional Hybrids”. James Akers has a short evaluation of US interest in Miniatures. There is a short article on evaluating early blooming Tulips that seems interesting. And, if you are not aware, John Gibson has won the Peter Barr Award. Of course all the usual world interest in all 3 flowers are covered as usual.

Ron Scamp and Esker Farms are the inside front and back cover as advertisers. I’m not sure if you have Wopollo or Little Pout yet. I see the Hardy’s have this as part of their advertisement. Both are well deserving of a special place in your garden.
